Opening Hours and Contact Information

We are available during business days and hours at +55 21 99626-2189 – WhatsApp only. In case of emergency during your stay, this same number can be reached by phone call.

Reservations

To confirm a reservation, guests must send proof of payment via WhatsApp along with the following information: Full name, Date of birth, CPF or Passaport Nr., Phone/WhatsApp, Email, Name and age of other guests (if applicable)

IMPORTANT! Our guide with directions, house rules, and tips will be sent to your registered phone number a few days before your stay, or by email if you do not use WhatsApp.

Payment Terms: To secure a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid 1 business day before check-in. Payments must be made via PIX using the following key: 65123701000163. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact us via WhatsApp. If, for reasons beyond our control, the reserved property becomes unavailable, we will offer either a similar property or a full refund.

Check-in

Check-in time: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Guests must inform their arrival time and provide a contact number. Without this information, check-in cannot be completed. The code to access the key safe will be sent via WhatsApp. Do not share this code. We do not recommend arriving at night. Although the road is in good condition, it is unpaved, and daylight helps locate signage. You will receive a Google Maps link to guide you. Do not open it in Waze or other apps, as it works best in Google Maps.

Check-out

Check-out time: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to dispose of all trash generated during their stay. Trash bags are available in the houses. The disposal area is located on your right along the dirt road towards Rodovia Oswaldo Cruz.

Cancellation and Changes

In case of cancellation or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued if guests decide to leave early. Reservation changes are only allowed with prior written confirmation. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement without refund if any of the following occurs: Exceeding maximum occupancy, Disturbing neighbors, Violating house rules, Hosting parties, Feeding local wildlife, Use of illegal substances, Failure to complete payment, Failure to pay security deposit (if applicable)

Internet and Connectivity

Our internet service is provided via Starlink satellite. We are not responsible for connectivity issues or service interruptions, as these are beyond our control. No refunds will be issued due to internet or TV signal issues.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are fully responsible for the property and all its contents, as well as shared areas. All house rules must be respected. Any damages will be charged to the reservation holder and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Jurisdiction

The parties agree to the jurisdiction of São Luiz do Paraitinga, State of São Paulo, Brazil.
